Luciano Spalletti has openly criticized Juventus for making poor signings over the past few years but believes the club now has the right directors to turn things around. After a 2-0 friendly win against OGC Nice, featuring goals from Douglas Luiz and youth player Justin Oboavwoduo, Spalletti highlighted improvements in the team's structure and defensive support compared to last season. The Juventus head coach expressed satisfaction with Douglas Luiz's performance, noting his return from loan spells has made him sharper and better at covering the defense. As the transfer window remains active, Spalletti hinted at potential new signings, reflecting on the club's recent deals for Randal Kolo Muani and Kerim Alajbegovic. He emphasized the importance of the current directors in making impactful changes in the squad.
